Cleveland, OH // JM Design Builds (Broadview Hts, OH)

This tiny house was designed for a young couple from Cleveland; Angela, who works as a traveling nurse, and Hydrect, who works as a music producer. Deciding to go tiny as their first home together, they needed something mobile to accommodate Angela's job and on a budget of just $20,000.

JM Design Builds of Broadview Hts, Ohio, was the contractor for the build and they finished the home in just six days! The home features a beautiful full kitchen with solid wood cabinets and a marble tile backsplash. The bathroom has a rare tiny house tub and Dal-Tile subway tiles in a herringbone pattern. The home also has a loft bedroom, a living room area, and a recording studio.

The Bohemian Escape was eventually sold and then resold again this past September for $49,000.
