Rochester, NY // 210 Sq Ft // Lake Construction (Lake Livonia, NY)

A really unique tiny house that's essentially one room!

The home was built for a couple, named Shannon and Tim, from Rochester, New York. The couple was living in a 1,600 sq ft home before deciding to go tiny. With the help of Tiny House Nation and Livonia-based builder, Lake Construction, the couple was able to get a home based on an iconic home in the tiny house movement, the Minim.

The home built for Tim and Shannon is basically a one-room home that has an office, bedroom, full kitchen, and bathroom all packed into one 210 sq ft space. The couple's bed rolls out from under the living room floor to save space. The kitchen's island countertop has a space carved into it to house the couple's two pit bulls.
